Often used as a frame for the faces of male protagonists, these legs signify the sexualisation
and fragmentation of women’s bodies for the purpose of “selling” a film or product. These
pieces work to bring a bigger focus to these legs, which so often go unnoticed due to the
saturation of this type sexualised imagery.
